Discuss Your Needs

Licensed & insured

Fully certified technicians on every job, with liability cover that protects your assets and property.

Prompt scheduling, effective Soloutions.

We turn up when we say we will. With options tailored to your needs

Dedicated trades team

One call connects you to a complete team of experts. We employ skilled carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and painters so you never have to coordinate multiple contractors.

Remote Monitoring & Control

24/7 eyes on your plant, even when you're not there.

We install and configure Frigbot — a purpose-built remote monitoring and control system for refrigeration and HVAC. Your cabinets, cold rooms and freezers report in continuously over the mobile network, so you can see exactly what they're doing from your phone, day or night.

It's the assurance that stock is safe, compliance is covered and faults are caught early — without anyone walking the floor with a clipboard.

Always-on cellular link

Each Frigbot unit talks to the cloud over the mobile network — no reliance on your site's wifi. Your plant stays monitored even if the internet drops out.

Real-time alarms

Out-of-range temperatures, door-ajar alerts, compressor faults and power loss all push straight to your phone the moment they happen — not in the morning when it's too late.

Your plant in your pocket

Open the app and see every cabinet, cold room and freezer on one dashboard — live temperatures, running status and history at a glance, from anywhere.

Daily temp logs, automated

No more hourly check-sheets and clipboards. Frigbot records every reading continuously and stores it securely — pull a week, a month or a year of records in two taps for audit, HACCP or council.

Basic plant control

Beyond just watching, you can set points, toggle defrosts, and start/stop equipment remotely — handy for shutting down a unit after hours or recovering from a fault without a site visit.

Throw away the clipboard.

Every cabinet logs its own temperature continuously. Sync your phone or check online and a full history is there in two taps — ready for the council, the auditor or the boss, with no manual daily temp log to keep up.

System Guide

Which system is right for you?

From a single split to a full VRV network — here's the full range explained in plain English, so you know exactly what you're getting.

Single room

Split Systems

A wall-mounted indoor unit paired with one outdoor condenser. The simplest, most affordable option for heating or cooling a single space — ideal for bedrooms, offices and small retail tenancies.

Best for: single rooms, add-ons and budget-conscious installs.

Low-profile

Bulkhead (Under-Ceiling) Systems

A slim indoor unit mounted flush under the ceiling or within a floating bulkhead. Far less intrusive than a split, the low-profile head blends into the architecture while delivering quiet, even airflow across the room.

Best for: apartments, heritage spaces and premium architectural finishes where a wall split would look out of place.

Four-way airflow

Cassette Systems

A compact indoor unit recessed into the ceiling grid, distributing air in four directions for even coverage. Unobtrusive from below and perfect for open-plan commercial floors.

Best for: shops, restaurants and open offices with a suspended ceiling.

Whole-home comfort

Standard Ducted Reverse Cycle

One outdoor unit feeds a hidden indoor fan coil, with conditioned air delivered through ceiling or floor vents to every room via a zone-controlled duct network. Whole-home heating and cooling from a single, discreet system — the ducts and indoor unit are concealed in the roof space.

Best for: whole-home comfort with a clean, vent-only ceiling line.

Variable refrigerant flow

VRV / VRF Systems

The step up from standard ducted. Instead of one big fan coil, a VRV/VRF outdoor unit connects to many individual indoor heads (splits, cassettes or bulkheads) simultaneously — each with independent temperature control. By varying refrigerant flow to only the units that need it, it runs only the zones in use and recovers heat between heating and cooling zones, cutting running costs. Individual control per room means no wasted energy.

Best for: multi-room homes, multi-storey buildings and commercial fit-outs needing independent zone control and efficiency.

Large-scale

Chilled Water Systems

A central chiller cools water that is pumped through a network of fan-coil units. Built for scale and redundancy — multiple chillers can run in rotation for continuous uptime.

Best for: large commercial buildings, hospitals and industrial sites.

Free hot water

Heat Recovery Hot Water Systems

Captures the waste heat your refrigeration or air conditioning plant would normally throw away and redirects it to heat your hot water. Instead of paying twice — once to cool and once to heat water — the recovered energy is put back to work, slashing hot water running costs and cutting your site's overall energy use. Most effective where there's simultaneous cooling and hot water demand.

Best for: hospitality, gyms, laundries and any site with continuous cooling load and high hot water use.

Low-temp circulation

Air-Cooled Glycol Chiller Systems

A chiller cools a glycol and water mix that is pumped around your site to feed refrigeration and process cooling. Glycol lets you run well below the freezing point of plain water, while the air-cooled condenser means no cooling tower or mains water supply is required — simpler, lower maintenance and ideal where water is scarce or restricted. One plant room can serve many distributed loads at distance.

Best for: breweries, dairies, food processing and multi-load commercial sites needing low-temperature circulation.

Retail-grade

Case & Rack Refrigeration

Supermarket and retail refrigeration expertise — from a single display case install to full central rack systems serving many cases from one plant room. We handle compressor racks, liquid line distribution, electronic controllers and leak integrity to hold display temperatures tight, protect stock and keep running costs down across the whole fleet.

Best for: supermarkets, convenience stores, butchers, bottle shops and any retailer with multiple refrigerated displays.

On-demand ice

Ice Machines

Supply, install and service of commercial ice makers — from under-bench cube machines to large flake and chip ice plants. We size the machine to your real demand, plumb the water and condenser lines, and set up filtration and cleaning regimes so you get clean, clear ice at the volume your service needs, day in, day out.

Best for: bars, restaurants, cafés, seafood displays, healthcare and any operation that can't afford to run dry.
