The unit runs but isn't cooling — could be low refrigerant, a blocked condenser, a failing compressor or a control-board fault.
Won't start or intermittent operation
Unit won't power on, trips the breaker, or cuts out after running for a short time — often a capacitor, contactor or electrical connection issue.
Noisy or rattling unit
Grinding, squealing or vibration — worn fan bearings, loose components or a failing fan motor that can damage the unit if left.
Water leaking inside the caravan
Water dripping from the unit or pooling inside — usually a blocked condensate drain, cracked drain pan or damaged seal.
Weak or no airflow
